You are a [RAT] in the [CEILING]

It’s only been a day since the previous tenant was wrongfully evicted. They were the real deal- gave you cheese, left out cotton for you to use in your nest, and TRULY did NOT care how many wires you chewed through. And it’s already time for the landlord to rent this place out to someone new. You know how they treated the previous tenant- hiked-up rent, illegal notices and requests, utilities shut-offs, screwed windows shut instead of just fixing them to close properly, always coming in unannounced. The nail in the coffin? Eviction. You can’t let that landlord get their way again with some poor, innocent person. And now… now you know what you have to do. 

You have to destroy the place. 

You are a [RAT] in the [CEILING] is a team-based role-playing game where you and your friends play as both the landlord trying to rent out a condo after wrongfully evicting the previous tenant and as a rat doing whatever it can to stop them. Each round, players rotate the role of the [LANDLORD] while the others play as the [RAT].  This game is best suited to groups of 4-6 players.
